We take great care in packaging our Birria Bombs, but sometimes, damage can occur during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, we’re here to help! Follow these simple steps to resolve the issue:

📸 Step 1: Take a Picture

  • Document the Damage: As soon as you notice the damage, take clear photos of the product and the packaging. This helps us understand the extent of the damage and assists with our claim process.

✉️ Step 2: Contact Customer Support

  • Send an Email: Email our customer support team at [email protected] . Please include the following information in your email:
    • Your full name
    • Order number
    • Description of the damage
    • Attach the photos of the damaged product and packaging
    • Lot Number: Make sure to include the lot number of the damaged product. This can be shown in the photo or written in the email.
    • Quantity Damaged: If you ordered several units, please let us know how many arrived damaged.

📝 Step 3: Provide Details

  • Additional Information: To expedite the process, please also provide:
    • The date your order was received
    • Your shipping address

⏳ Step 4: Wait for a Response
